Calculating Shipping Charges

  • By simply placing your item(s) in your shopping cart and clicking 'Check Out', then filling out your shipping information only and clicking on 'Continue', you will see your exact shipping charges before your order is placed. At this point you still have the option to either continue to place your order or cancel it.
  • Shipping charges are calculated according to the total weight of the items you purchase. You may save on shipping by purchasing more items at one time: Example - if you purchase a bib, it will be counted as a 1 lb. shipment, thus totaling $1.98 for the bib plus $6.95 shipping. That same $6.95 shipping charge would apply to a purchase of 10 pacifiers having a total weight of 1 lb. Thus, your total would be $30 for the 10 pacifiers and that same $6.95 for shipping.
  • Free Shipping offers only apply for ground shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

Express Delivery (Air)

  • We apologize that we do not offer express delivery.

Delivery Time

  • Please check each individual product page for estimated shipping times.
  • Ground shipping time will usually be 3 to 7 business days after the order is shipped, depending on where you live.
  • Delta Cribs are shipped once a week on Friday, provided we receive the order by Tuesday morning 9:00 AM. Please allow 7-10 business days after that to receive your order. Once your order is submitted to Delta on Tuesday, it can not be changed or canceled.
  • Orders received after 12:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
  • Orders submitted with the wrong billing information will need verification and therefore will be delayed, the above shipping policies will not apply. We ask that you please enter your billing address & phone # exactly as stated on your credit card statement so that your order may be processed efficiently.

APO/FPO or P.O. Boxes

  • Since we only ship via UPS or FedEx, we are unable to deliver to any APO/FPO or P.O. Boxes.
Sales Tax
  • Netkidswear.com operates out of New Jersey, therefore we are required to collect 7% sales tax on all non-clothing items that are shipped in New Jersey. Customers residing outside of New Jersey will not be charged sales tax for orders placed on Netkidswear.com, but may want to consult applicable tax laws in their state.

Insurance

  • We automatically insure all packages.

Canada Shipments

  • Please note: Customers are responsible for all Taxes and Duties, and will also be responsible for Return Shipping charges.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico

  • UPS ground service is now available to Alaska and Hawaii.
  • We ship select items to AK and HI, please e-mail us with the items you would like to purchase prior to placing your order. Free shipping offers do not apply when shipping to AK or HI.

  • We do not ship to Puerto Rico.

International Orders

  • Netkidswear.com sincerely regrets that it is currently unable to process and ship International orders. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for shopping at Netkidswear.com.

Changing Or Canceling A Recently Placed Order

  • We ask that you please make sure that your order is correct prior to submitting it to us. Once you place your order our systems begin processing. Should you need to cancel your order for any reason, ORDER CANCELLATION MUST BE DONE IN WRITING VIA E-MAIL. Please email us immediately at info@netkidswear.com. If an order is canceled after 1 hour, the customer is responsible for a 10% cancellation fee. Bunk Bed Orders cannot be canceled. We will make every effort to stop the items from being shipped. However, once the order is processed or is in transit, we will be unable to change or cancel your order, thus you will need to follow the Return Policy procedures stated below to return the items for exchange or refund.

Netkidswear.com Return Policy

  • The Following items are a final sale and cannot be returned: Bunk Beds, Mattresses, Rugs, Twin Beds, Round Cribs & Wall Art.
  • For all other returnable items, if for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Netkidswear.com purchase, you may return UNUSED, RESALABLE, returnable products in the original box to us for a refund or exchange, provided you notify us and we receive the item back in our warehouse within 30 days of the original date of delivery. Special orders and custom orders are non returnable, exchangeable or cancelable.
  • Personalized items are special made for you and cannot be returned.
  • Order shortages, damages or discrepancies must be claimed within 7 days of receipt of order.
  • Custom orders and special orders are non returnable, exchangeable or cancelable.
  • All returns and refunds are subject to final approval from our Customer Service Department.
  • A 10% restocking fee applies when returning items.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies on all returnable bedding items.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies on returnable rugs.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies on all Safety Gates.
  • If an order is refused, shipping charges are non refundable and all restocking fees will still apply.
  • Shipping charges are non refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Returns on items that included 'Free Shipping' will be credited for the item ONLY minus the original shipping charges we incurred to ship the item(s) out to you & restocking fees will still apply.
  • Defective merchandise after the 7 day period is under warranty by the manufacturer, and we encourage you to please read the warranty information enclosed with each product.
  • The digital images we display have the most accurate color possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors, we cannot be responsible for variations in color between the actual product and your screen.

Damaged Items:

Item(s) arrived damaged. What do I do?

Netkidswear.com strives to ship your package in good condition. Unfortunately, packages may be damaged during the shipping process after leaving Netkidswear.com. If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one at our discretion and completely at our expense. Please be sure to inspect your item(s) for concealed damage if you do not plan on using it immediately. We are unable to accept cancellations on merchandise after it arrives damaged, but we will make every effort to make the product right.

Please E-mail our customer service department within 7 days of the delivery date to report the damage. Please be sure to E-mail information such as your order #, model number, serial number and any part numbers available. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response, in many cased we will need to contact the manufacturer and report the damage. We will not be able to replace damaged merchandise if we are not notified within 7 business days of the delivery date. This applies to canceling and returning a damaged item as well. We will continue to make every effort to get you individual replacement parts.

Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces.

Return Instructions

  • The return request must be sent to us in writing.
  • Please email our Customer Service Department at info@netkidswear.com with the following information requesting a refund or exchange:

    1. Order number
    2. Product number and/or name
    3. Reason for return
    4. Note type of return (Refund, Exchange, Replacement)


  • We will reply via email with a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#), which MUST be issued prior to Netkidswear.com accepting any returns. Packages without an RMA number cannot be accepted at our warehouse.
  • Please return items in their original box. Include the original packing slip, copy of the receipt, exchange or refund instructions and the RMA number. The RMA number should also be clearly visible and on the shipping label. Also, please make sure that the package is securely wrapped.
  • You may drop off the package at a UPS or FedEx pickup station.
  • For reasons of hygiene, items falling into the following classes of products that have been opened or used cannot be returned: Diapering Accessories, Diaper Bags, Diapers, Diaper Pails & Liners, Potty Seats, Feeding Accessories, Breast Pumps, Bottles, Bottle Brushes, Nipples, Rattles, Sterilizers, Wipes, Thermometers, Pacifiers, Bathing Accessories, Lotions & Powders.
  • Again, please note that shipping charges are non refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Where do I send the returns?

  • Please arrange to have packages shipped back to the address emailed to you with your authorized RMA number. You may use UPS, FedEx or USPS.

When will I receive my exchange or refund?

  • Once the package is picked up from your location, it could take UPS or FedEx one to two weeks to return the item back to our warehouse. We will exchange or issue credit within 14 business days of receiving items with authorized RMA numbers. Please note that credit card refunds may not appear until the following billing cycle.

What are the other guidelines?

  • Netkidswear.com offers a 30 day money back guarantee (less shipping & handling) on all UNUSED, RESALABLE, returnable products in the original box.
  • All returns must be received in our warehouse no later than 30 days from the original date of delivery.
  • Defective merchandise after the 7 day period is under warranty by the manufacturer, and we encourage you to please read the warranty information enclosed with each product.
  • A refused order will be handled as a returned order.
  • Order shortages, damages or discrepancies must be claimed within 7 days of receipt of order.
  • Products subject to misuse and/or mishandling are not eligible for a refund. Missing parts or manuals could result in restocking fees.
  • A 10% restocking fee applies when returning items.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies on all returnable bedding items.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies on returnable rugs.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies on all Safety Gates.
  • Returns on items that included 'Free Shipping' will be credited for the item ONLY minus the original shipping charges we incurred to ship the item(s) out to you & restocking fees will still apply.
  • Any item returned after 30 days will not be credited and will be the sole property of Netkidswear.com.
  • Backorders are automatically canceled off the order if they are not back in stock within a week.
  • No credit needs to be issued for backordered items, your credit card is charged only for items that are shipped.

    How can I pay for my order?

    • We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal. Only cards issued by banks within the United States are accepted.
    • All credit cards issued outside the United States and Puerto Rico will not be accepted.
    • We regret that we cannot process orders requesting COD, company check, personal check, money order or other payment methods not listed above. In addition, we are currently unable to process foreign-issued credit cards.
    • We charge your credit card once the order is processed. All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval by the card-issuing bank. For your protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification.
    Secure Online Ordering
    • Netkidswear.com is committed to earning and keeping your trust. We understand the need for our members' personal information to remain secure and private, and therefore have implemented industry-recognized safeguards to protect your personal information.
    • Every time you send us your credit card number and your billing and shipping information, we use the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to prevent the information from being intercepted. This means that no one else can read it while it is being transmitted over the Internet. Credit card numbers are encrypted and forwarded to a third party authorization company. No one has access to your credit card information and it is kept secure at all times.
