The Kew Garden Cottage is a custom playhouse with an inside Loft. Now kids have a "secret" place to climb up to where they can play, draw, nap or simply talk with their very best friend. What else? A double-layered cedar shingled Gable Roof with porthole windows on each end to bring in more light and a curved-top Dutch door with sliding who-goes-there peephole & doorknocker. Arched windows with shutters, a mailbox and hand-carved tulips on the front wall make this the perfect spot for afternoon playtime! . 6' x 6 x 10' high 1-story Playhouse with double-layered cedar shingled Gable Roof with (2) porthole windows on either end,
Curved-top front Dutch door with sliding "who-goes-there" peephole & doorknocker,
2 curved-top side windows with shutters with carved hearts,
2 hand-carved and stained tulips on either side of the front door,
Mail slot with inside mailbox, cut-outs & escape door out the back,
3 wide x 6' long inside Loft with 36" high safety Railings & Rung Ladder.
Materials:
Lumber: All Redwood Construction Heart Grade or Better, grinded smooth
Stain: Entire structure is stained completely inside and out with non-toxic tung oil stains and finished with clear tung oil as a top coat.
Hardware: All fasteners are of exterior-grade quality.

Recommended Play Area: 12 wide x 12 long level surface
Resilient Surfacing Material not included: Recommend minimum 9 depth of bark chip
