Childs Le Petit Chalet Playhouse:
Le Petit Chalet with Swings is a charming, multi-level playhouse with 3 balconies and a 9’ long Bridge-over-2 Swings ending with a Rope Net Ladder. The Bridge is accessed from the second story side balcony which has a Rock Climbing Wall underneath, creating an adventurous ascent. The front balcony with picket railings has room for a set of chairs. The curved-top front door features a sliding "who-goes-there" and a brass doorknocker. A turbo tube slide off the back balcony provides a quick way down. Le Petit Chalet with Swings is whimsically enriched with carved flowers and a flower box for tending real posies. We recommend the play area be 27’ x 33’ to provide ample room around all sides of play structure. Bark chips are recommended for fill material at a minimum of 9” to 12” depth. Stain: Entire structure is stained completely inside and out with non-toxic tung oil stains and finished with clear tung oil as a top coat.
Hardware: All fasteners are of exterior-grade quality.
Rock Holds: Professional quality rock holds with exterior grade fasteners.
Rope: High quality exterior grade Black Nylon 1/2" rope.
Metal: All powder-coated metal except stainless steel firepole.
