KidCo's premiere Center Gateway® is a TOP RATED pressure mounted gate that installs quickly without tools or hardware, leaving no holes to damage walls or woodwork. The U-shaped frame remains firmly installed while the center walk-through door opens in either direction.
The basic Center Gateway® fits openings 29¼" to 37½" wide. Constructed of tubular steel and 29 ½" tall, it's great for kids and pets, too. Available in White, Black and Platinum.

The KidCo baby safety gate surpasses all U.S. federal safety standards as well as any applicable voluntary safety standards set forth by the rigid American Society of Testing Materials (ASTM) as administered by the Juvenile Products Manufacturer's Association (JPMA).
This baby gate is Not for use at the Top of stairs because it is a pressure mounted safety gate and not a hard/wall mounted baby gate.
For installation of a pressure-mounted safety gates on the Bottom of a staircase with balusters on both sides, you will need to use a K10 Installation Kit. In many cases even pressure mounted gates need an installation kit to allow for baseboards or surfaces that are not parallel, or to protect hard to replace wall coverings from gate damage. KidCo's Safety Gate K10 Installation Kit is sold separately.
